I really enjoyed large and fantastic room in this hotel.

The hotel was wonderful small and lovely, we had a fine time and would return there. It was tidy, and the people were very helpful. It was about 0.5 miles from the airport.

the entire hotel was neat, large rooms. its location in dusseldorf was good and unbeatable, right by dusseldorf for the christmas markets and public transport and shopping and the railway station. their food was excellent with a wide range of meals.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from Düsseldorf Main Train Station. It made exploring the city very convenient, and I could easily catch my train without any stress.

Unfriendly receptionist.

Very friendly staff. Quite location, at a walking distance from the main train station and from the city center. Rooms are new in the building across the street.

Very small and simple reception and bar. Relatively small room/bathroom. Wirelss was not working.

When we came into the hotel, I have to say that we were sort of disappointed. The reception looked old, the hotel was not in a very good area and the hotel furniture looked very used as well. Then we were directed to a building across the street in which our room was supposed to be. And we were very suprised to find a gorgeous room with a big bed, big bathroom, big flatscreen etc. The room was very stylish and comfortable and we felt like at home. The hotel is rated at 3 stars and from the entrance hall and area, I would also say it is. But the room is def. 4 Stars, or even 5.

There was no elevator to the room and we had to walk up 3 levels with heavy suitcases

Perfect hotel with extraordinarily friendly staff for a nice stay. Extremely comfy beds, central heating, multi-channel television, and a mini fridge bar in the room. - Good private bathroom.

The location and staff were very friendly

I booked 3 rooms. 2 of which were in another building and were far superior in style, size, comfort and decor. I had the room in the main building which looked like it came out of the 80s untouched, was tiny and not that comfortable. I cant believe we were charged the same price for two completely different rooms. We were sold on the images of the far nicer rooms, I was not happy to receive a room that was far inferior.

Very cold in the room, heater was not working propery.

Me and my squad had a blast staying here. The room was cozy and had cable TV, so we could watch our favorite shows and have a chill time. Plus, it was so close to the city center, so we could easily explore and hit up all the cool spots. The breakfast was bomb too, plenty of fuel for our epic adventures!

If there was one thing we wished for, it would be a cool lounge area to hang out and meet other young peeps. A place where we could have pre-gaming sessions and get the party started before hitting the Düsseldorf nightlife.

The rooms were really lovely. I stayed in the appartment block and the rooms were largely and tastefully designed. The location was also good - in a quiet residential street but in walking distance to the parks and old town.

It was quite a hot time and there was no air conditioning.
